Planner (Order Processor): Maternity Cover

We are looking for an efficient Planner to work in our busy Customer Order Processing Department to cover maternity leave. A Planner has a range of duties that include:

  • Downloading data.
  • Using our in-house system to accurately input purchase orders.
  • Creating a works instruction and plan for the factory.
  • Communication with our Customer Service, Data Preparation and Production Planning teams.

To be successful as a Planner you should be able to carry out all tasks accurately, to tight deadlines and possess strong IT skills.

About you:

  • Well organised and able to concentrate for long periods of time.
  • Able to work accurately to tight deadlines.
  • Computer literate.
  • Able to learn quickly.
  • A team player.
  • You will have GCSE Maths and English (grades A* – C), or equivalent.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Desirable (but not essential): Previous experience working within the print industry and / or administration.
