We’re looking for a self-motivated individual to support the Customer Service team in providing an outstanding level of service. This role will involve working closely with Account Controllers as well as internal stakeholders, to learn and anticipate the needs of our customers as well as how to deliver them in a commercially minded way. Training for the role will be supported by the completion of a Level 3 Apprenticeship Qualification in Customer Service.
About You:

- You will a high level attention to detail, particularly when deal with multiple tasks in a busy environment.
- An ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Having experience in a customer facing or admin role is essential.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, and willing to learn to use our in-house system..
- Knowledge or an enthusiasm for books and print is desirable, however full training will be provided.
- Hardworking with an enthusiastic and positive attitude.
