In this customer-facing role, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and our production team, ensuring that every job is delivered on time and in full—every time. If you’re driven by customer satisfaction and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding service to both internal and external customers, consistently delivering on time and to a high standard.
- Prepare accurate work orders and ensure clarity in communication across teams.
- Manage your accounts and daily workload efficiently in line with business KPIs.
- Proactively chase components and manage timelines to ensure customer deadlines are met.
- Ensure paperwork is completed promptly and clearly, enabling timely invoice generation.
- Prioritise customer needs and uphold our standards of service and professionalism.
