We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join our fast-paced Distribution team.
The key duties include the following:
- Inputting of data correctly and efficiently
- Communicating with both internal and external customers
- Booking in deliveries with our customer warehouses
- Planning daily deliveries
The following experience and skills will be required in this role:
- A meticulous and thorough approach to work
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- An ability to multi-task with good time-management and organisational skills to meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of IT systems, MS Office and Outlook
- Knowledge of distribution and logistic is preferable, but not essential.
This is a 12 months Fixed Term contract based in our Bungay Office.
You will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday: 8.30am to 5.00pm, with one hour for lunch.
