Following a recent contract win, we will be migrating a large batch of PDF data onto our system. The role will involve processing customers data ensuring the files are ready to print. We have up to three vacancies working together within this temporary team.
Working to pre-agreed rules, checking and highlighting any issues to other departments and making simple amendments where required the role is a good opportunity to develop new skills and gain experience in a fast paced customer focused environment.
Previous experience of working in an office, or print environment, would be an advantage however work attitude and disposition are more important as full training would be given. Experience of working with Adobe Creative Suite and Acrobat would be a significant advantage as well as any experience in PrePress systems.
The successful candidate will need to have:
- Good passes in GCSE maths and English
- An ability to work accurately under pressure
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- An ability to learn quickly and work with IT systems
